I have been a homeowner in Pecan Lakes for several years. The problems with this home are unbelievable. Someone posted a review that they “stand behind their homes they build”. If that were the case then I wouldn’t have thousands and thousands of dollars invested in this home once the warranty ran out. Their 2 year warranty is a joke. Nothing fixed just lies and lies.
