This was by far our worst experience dealing with any business. I decided to give them two stars instead of one for a couple reasons. First the manager was very responsive/ apologetic/ polite, and secondly they did an OK job. We got new quartz counter top and back splash, spent close to 10k on it. And I want to add, this is not a fake review as I have all the quotes/ bills/ payment proofs.
