Had them out to both properties for a furnace tune up. They were very helpful and answered all our tenants questions and found some ways to address their concerns without needing to contact me. I had one furnace installed Dec 2023 by them and were very happy with the quality, so we are going to install another in the other place next week.
Dean and his crew definitely have their stuff together! I called on a Saturday night between Xmas and New years because my furnace stopped working and I was out of town. They were there early the next morning and had it all figured out. My furnace was 45 years old and they had a new one installed only a few days later. I've been renovating my house for the last few years and I gotta say, they have definitely been the top contractors I've had..... super organized! Thanks Dean and team!
