6 weeks in and the expensive new unit quit working. This overrides anything "nice"
My experience with triple A horrible from beginning to end. I should've had e move forward when all the red flags showed up with the sales representative Jason. He was so misleading. I canceled the service for a new unit replacement but let them persuade me to move forward. Totally my fault. I got my knew system put in and the next day I noticed it was working right. I received a very quick response to having no a/c. Anthony arrived and quickly determined my problem. He presented an estimate for repairs and then made the repairs. He suggested a surge protector as that is likely what caused the need for repair. I very much appreciated Anthony’s professionalism and knowledge of the product. Highly recommend
