Previously rated at a 1 star due to so many problems, however, after being contacted by the owner and company manager, I explained all the troubles and problems we are having and they looked into the issues and personally came to our home to check everything. After they checked everything, they saw where allot of balls were dropped and apologized. They put together a game plan, came back 2 days later and fixed everything to how it's supposed to be. If you value you house, time, patience, electric and gas bills AVOID THIS PLACE!! I had not yet rated them as I was trying to give them a chance and time to get things right. I think 6 months is long enough! Agreeing for this company to install new HVAC system had been our biggest regret ever! AAA Heating and Air is awesome ! When they set a time to be here they are on time .. I got new Heat pump and all new duck work in one day .. It didn’t take time long to have it up and running and feeling so warm … Call them they are the best !!!!
