A real person answers the phone!!!! I’m so sick of automated “press one for”. So it was such a good sign. Staff was pleasant and helpful. It was nasty hot day but tech was professional and friendly. All good.
The Technician was on time called before he arrived. Friendly and very knowledgeable Thanks so much great customer service Alix was excellent he checked everything out and kept me well informed. When he was done he sat down with me and discussed everything he had done and about a new battery. Would definitely recommend this company. We have been very happy with them. Thanks again
