I have had nothing but positive experiences with AAA Haverhill Office. The people that work there are courteous, knowledgeable, aware of what your needs may be once you explain what you want and just plain great!
I had a superb experience with Janice at the Haverhill office. She cheerfully and competently arranged a series of complex transactions that would have taken me three times as long and probably cost twice as much. It makes a big difference having someone knowledgable getting in on the trip planning. And when I had a followup question she was prompt with the answer.
I have been a member for ten years with triple A and I received excellent service recently when needed to go there to exchange American money to euro's for an upcoming trip to Europe. I also received some new information on prepaid cards ect... great service happy to be a member.
Glad for the convenience of being able to call in my payment, which was handled quickly and efficiently.
I have had my AAA mambership for 30 years! It has been a real saver, not only on the road for myself, but for gifts as well. The staff are always friendly, courteous and helpful. I will keep this for as long as I am driving!
We have used AAA before for many reasons but for TripTiks many times. Very happy with the route we got, and also very happy with the services we receive everytime we go. Haverhill is the office that we use, but the agent that helped me this last time was awesome. I was able to get what I needed on line because it was shortnotice and everything was just great. It is the reason why we are still AAA members. The services that are offered and we have needed to use is and has been exceptional.
The agent who assisted me was not only very courteous but knew her business. She helped me get the best deal on both Disney and Universal tickets for my entire family and saved me money by listening to what I needed. They have everything you need to help plan and take a great vacation.
