Pretty shabby work and no followup. Andrew Martin, the owner of AAA Handyman Services in Monroe, showed up, all professional looking, re-seated a basement toilet which had moved a little, and replaced a cartridge in the kitchen faucet which was leaking. This was a vacant rental home. The faucet cartridge was purchased by me and was the exact replacement for this Price Pfister faucet.
