Service for a Saturday was fast. Issues clearly explained and work done promptly. Would recommend.
I am writing because of a wonderful experience we have had with AAA travel agent Catriona McCormack, who is also located at this facility. Catriona planned a 15 day bus tour for us throughout Scotland and Ireland, and did so with an incredible amount of expertise, insight, and patience. I ordered a battery from triple a last year and it just stopped working less than a year. I called this location on October 21st and spoke to Kevin Dimatteo he was really nice and professional over the phone and was told that I can bring it in and they’ll check it out. So when I got off work I rushed and arrived about 5:20 and talked to Kevin again! He was super nice and told me he would be able to check it out which I was thankful because they were about to close. Two years ago my car broke down got it towed here was young didn’t know much. They gave me a quote for a bunch of issues that didn’t need fixing including new tires. Ended up running me for over a thousand bucks when I only had a small issue that should’ve costed less than $200. Please don’t be this naive, these people aren’t trustworthy and will take you for every penny they can.
Today was my first time at this location or at any AAA Car Care Center for an oil change. I have been an employee of AAA for 15 years and I dont know why it took me this long to have them take care of my car. I was met by Acidian Haywood, who was amazing from start to finish. He took the time to explain things to me in such detail and was extremely professional, honest and polite. He is a stellar employee and a huge asset to AAA. After today, I will never go anywhere else for my car care!
