Two years ago my car broke down got it towed here was young didn’t know much. They gave me a quote for a bunch of issues that didn’t need fixing including new tires. Ended up running me for over a thousand bucks when I only had a small issue that should’ve costed less than $200. Please don’t be this naive, these people aren’t trustworthy and will take you for every penny they can.
Today was my first time at this location or at any AAA Car Care Center for an oil change. I have been an employee of AAA for 15 years and I dont know why it took me this long to have them take care of my car. I was met by Acidian Haywood, who was amazing from start to finish. He took the time to explain things to me in such detail and was extremely professional, honest and polite. He is a stellar employee and a huge asset to AAA. After today, I will never go anywhere else for my car care!
Courteous professional staff. Finally, one is recognized as a person rather than a number unlike other service dealers. Punctual and helpful. AAA, thank you for making such a change is this service industry.
Staffs are friendly and willing to help. You get greeted by staff when you walk in the place.
Had an appointment get get a flat fixed at Hamilton AAA. Showed up early. There’s about 7-10 people in the building but only one can help you. After waiting about 20 mins they told me the mechanic that fixed tires is gone for the day! I don’t know why you would schedule an appointment after the shift ended or at least give a courtesy call that you couldn’t keep the appointment. It was a waste of time and money driving there. Do better
