I've been a AAA member for 42 years. They have saved me more times than I can count. I feel safe knowing help will come. Since moving about half an hour south of Ft Wayne, the wait recently was longer, but I was home so I didn't mind at all. I also have great insurance rates, as I bundled my home and car insurance together. I was told by an independent broker that i had the best rates around. The phone staff is awesome too.
After 9 years as a home and auto package customer i found out i was paying way more than ii should be paying. for the same coverages. I called the Lake Mary office on 01/08/2026 and no one answered the phone. Just a message to request a call back and it would be returned in 24-48 hours. / I got the call back 7 days later.. Brought my vehicle in for repair. Service was good until I noticed that they made my drivers side carpet floor mat dirtier than when I had brought my vehicle in for repair! So upset. This is completely unacceptable. The dirty shoe marks left behind on my floor mat look like they had mud on their shoes. Clearly they didn't put down a disposable paper floor mat to protect my carpet floor mat like they are soppose too. No auto repair shop has never done this before.
After several years as a member (28 years) of AAA roadside assistance and emergencies, I was astounded to uncover the pervasive corruption and avarice among your vendors. One would reasonably expect a company affiliated with your organization to adhere to standards that may not be in place for treating your members. Jeff, Angel and Fritz do exceptional work. They keep all of our vehicles on the road. We have gotten batteries, brakes, trans flushes and other general maintenance. We will only bring our cars to AAA.
I just picked up my 2010 Nissan Murano from AAA in Vernon Hills, I highly recommend this business. FRITZ the service writer, was very knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. He went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with all matters concerning my vehicle. MIKE worked on my SUV this time, and JEFFREY is also a terrific mechanic. Went in several times to get a handicap placard and every time could not be helped. Staff was young and stupid. Girl had childess kitten crap all over her desk and didnt know anything. Manager came out and could not help. This used to be a good office, but now is more like pre school. Go somewhere else or take a happy meal and toys in order to get help.
