I had my sofa cleaned by this company. He was in and out in 15 minutes, never did the back of the couch. I let cushions dry for 2 days and when I put the sofa back together I see a water mark. I called them, thinking that they would be accommodating but they weren’t. I was told that my sofa was so dirty that the stain was under the dirt.
