Elise B. was an outstanding agent for my 2 week trip to Italy with my daughter. She was so patient & helpful despite us changing our minds about 6x. She let us construct a trip using a combo of planes and trains and boats. So wonderful to have tour guides meet you right at your hotel. All the hotels (Rome,Assisi,Florence & Venice) and tours (walking tours, museums, Vatican, Dolomites, Murano island) were wonderful. I could not have asked for a better experience and will be using her for my travel needs in the future.
I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Elize. I’ve rented cars overseas many times before and have always been provided with car rental insurance without any issues. However, when I tried to get insurance this time, Elize flat-out refused, claiming they don’t offer this service. This was surprising, especially since I had successfully arranged car rental insurance just a month ago.
