I visited AAA Goodyear Auto Repair twice in the past week, and both times the service advisors were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. They explained everything clearly, worked with me on pricing, and even gave me the best discount they could. What really stood out was how much they cared. When my car was ready, they even arranged a Lyft to pick me up from home so I could come get it. That kind of thoughtfulness made a stressful situation so much easier.
If you don’t know anything about vehicles or aren’t mechanically inclined then stay away from this place because they will take advantage of you. They pretty much tried to extort me for a stripped lug not, wanted nearly $500 before the tire was even off and tried to tell me the vehicle needed a new hub and wheel in addition to that cost. I quickly had the car towed to a different repair shop the next day and was fixed and out the door for half that cost (no wheel hub needed) I would stay far away as this place is predatory, ... read more
