Great service and very pleased with this jiffy lube location! I highly recommend them!!
Good service, had my car towed here for a flat tire. They addressed the problem relatively quickly And did not try to oversell or add on other services.
This place is an awful experience. There are barely any desk employees and the place is always full of 80+ year olds who are honestly there just for socializing with a captive audience. I saw one couple ask questions for 15 minutes about getting passport photos. Unacceptable. The staff needs to politely tell these customer to step aside while they help others. Then when it slows down we can break out the tea set.
I took my car here for thermostat issue. Was told I needed a coolant flush and sensor. Wanted to charge me almost $800. Instead I asked: put it back together. Went to get car they gave me my keys. I try to make it home. Almost had two accidents. The car kept shutting off in the middle of traffic. Finally got home. The car was hot way before I can get a block and a half and come to find out the car had no antifreeze in it. The hoses was off and when I did get home to put the antifreeze in it.
