I had my Infiniti towed to this location through AAA to diagnose a misfire issue. The AAA tow truck driver was able to start and drive the vehicle onto the truck without any problems. However, two days later I received a call stating that my car would not start. I was then told I needed to replace multiple parts including a battery and a brake light switch. Horrible customer service. The mechanics do NOT know what they are doing!
I had these guys put a new battery in a couple of months ago and was so happy, I had them do an oil and filter change yesterday. While doing so, they found a leak in my transmission and we scheduled an appointment to fix that on Monday. It's a warm, comfortable environment while you wait.....they even have water, coffee and snacks! KUDOS to the staff at the Glen Burnie AAA!!!! Suzie
