If there was an option to select 0 as a rating that is the selection I would have chosen. A one star rating is too much of a rated in this situation. AAA came and towed the vehicle to the Glen Burnie location, where they diagnosed the issue as the radiator going bad and some of the hoses were bad and needed... read more
I took my car here to get it looked at for a transmission diagnostic and also mentioned my axles may be the problem too, then proceeded to pay 170 for a diagnostic and they said I had “internal transmission damage.”. Then took it by another shop and they told me my axles were broke and nothing wrong with the transmission. Just be aware of what really is the problem with your car.
Made an appointment for service. Once the senior manager heard the full list of my car's reported issues, he refused to even attempt to diagnose it, or do the service that was agreed on with an associate over the phone. This leads me to believe their mechanics can only really do relatively easy repairs and diagnostics, which I really wish I knew before taking time off work and cancelling with another repair shop.
NOT INTERESTED! Met with a travel agent for 45 minutes. Said she would email me. Never did. What a waste of time.
Notary staff left earlier than closing hr and other staff just bs me that extra witness was needed.
