Great service to fix an issue several weeks after a synthetic oil change. The oil level level had dropped and the car needed to be checked for either an issue (burning oil) or leak. AAA did not have an appt available online but when I called they told me to bring it in ASAP for a check. They found a slow leak in the oil filter seal and so replaced and topped up. Good service and knowledgeable staff with advice about keeping a high mileage car running smoothly.
Really good service and customer service. I’m always satisfied with the work they do. In addition, the most recent time I got my car towed there, it was the night before I had shoulder replacement surgery (totally unrelated, just bad timing). They were so kind and empathetic about giving me extra time to pay for the car (to do it sober and not totally blitzed on pain meds) but gave me extra time to arrange for someone to go pick up my car).
