I requested a maintenance fix for my screen door in June and it was approved and sent to AAA mid July (I'm patient I understand everything takes time). One day I get a knock on the door and it's a man from AAA he says I need a new screen door, okay great. It was approved quickly. I waited and I waited, I waited all summer and now it's a week into Oct and I'm still waiting. Every time I call asking for an update I'm given the answer that it's been shipped and it should be next week. Next weeks now accumulated into several mon... read more
