Their driver of a dodge ram 1500 on September 19th 2025 is insane! He can't drive and I wont use a service where employees are hazardous to the public!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. This is, by far, the worst transaction I've been a part of in my life. Communication was virtually non-existent and when I did get it, it was one word or a straight out fabrication. I was told in mid-April that the lead time for glass was 2 weeks. I pulled the trigger on May 2nd and told him to please order the glass. Fast forward to July 22nd, with no communication from him or his team about anything, I told him to cancel the glass install if the glass wasn't ready to be installed. I got ... read more
