If I could rate this company less than a 1 star I certainly would. The company has a new owner, his business practice is less than desirable. He failed twice to follow up after scheduling a tech to come out to our home to see the job in question. When they didn't show or call, I reached out each time to find out what the problem was. Finally after the 2nd no show, (my day ruined waiting on them) I was told by the new owner, he would not send anyone out to measure or look at the job without payment first (hundreds of dollars ... read more

Had a big half-moon window installed last April, called AAA Glass numerous times, talked with the owner 2 times and always said he would call back. the window came with a 1 year warranty and we tried for 3 months to have it replaced and NOTHING, even our realtor called. we had to go to another company and pay another $1200.00 dollars for the window to be replaced,the seal was bad. DO NOT do business with AAA Glass.

The 2 man crew came out to my home and replaced 5 window panes this past week. They were extremely courteous, respectful and professional. They worked very hard to replace the old panes in our windows and they look fabulous. I would definitely use them again in the future!

AAA Glass Company is the worst company I have every had to deal with, I called and set up an appointment with them, the called me 11/2 before they were to arrive and said that they could not make it to my appointment and if they came it would be after hours and I would have to pay 250.00 for after hour fee. Will never consider AAA Glass again!!!!!

Great Service ! – AAA Glass ,Came within 30 minutes of calling. Had one window to be replaced. Was picked up taken back to the shop.Brought back a few hours latter as they were very busy. Very polite, courteous,Same day service. Expensive, unless you factor in travel,repair, etc. Would definitely use service as needed.

Common Courtesy! – AAA Glass was a little more expensive than I expected, however, what I got in return was WELL worth it!! The scheduler worked around MY schedule, the office called when the guys were running late (and again when they were on their way), and they were quick when they got here. They were very polite and cleaned everything very well. I had 2 house windows and a garage window replaced. The glass was so clear that I had to go to the garage and feel it to verify it was there!
