Both cables came loose and completely off the drums while I was manually opening the garage door during a power outage. When Joseph came by to give me a quote, he was very respectful and cordial. He was friendly and did not try to pressure me into using his company (there were other companies that said they would do it cheaper for cash or that they only offered the price for one day to force you to ).
