The packaging of the new rollers they installed was high quality and the difference in sound is honestly amazing. I was worried it would be a huge bill for a complete upgrade, but the pricing was very transparent throughout the process. Since I work from home right above the garage, having that rattling gone has changed my entire workday. Definitely the most professional garage door crew I have dealt with in this area.
