I had a very good experience. Had coupon which saved me $$.
After staying on phone for over 20 minutes to give and get info on auto insurance. I finally got a workable quote that was much cheaper them my provider now has. However, they tacked on a 2 month surcharge payable up front to" start the policy". So any money I would have saved by switching is lost on that. Idiocy!!!
Went here to get an international drivers permit on a weekday afternoon. Was in and out super quick! Friendly and efficient service !
My husband and I dropped his car off on a Monday for Brakes and Rotors. We were told it would be 90 minutes to inspect. After 90 minutes I called and was put on hold for over 20 minutes. We drove over and AAA closed with NO contact and my husband's car was left there with no access. We got a text with an estimate 5 minutes before closing (at which my husband confirmed).
