A few years back, I needed a car towed by AAA at night. The rep said that if I had it towed to a AAA garage, it would be seen first, and take priority. The next day, I call them in the late morning, asking for an update on my car. I was told that people came that early morning, and their cars had to worked on first. (Again, my car was supposed to have taken priority, since it was dropped off that night by a AAA contracted tow truck).
