There are days when I try to cancel my insurance and they make a fool of me. I go to the store and they tell me that it is by phone because they no longer work with the insurance company Amica, so I call Amica and they tell me to go back to the store. I have already moved to Connecticut, my cars have plates and are insured there and I still cannot cancel. I do not recommend looking for another AAA this store does not have good service and they are sarcastic.

Luisa at the Framingham MA office is AWESOME. She is Very pleasant to talk to, answered all my questions, and helped me with becoming a new member. I may now be a member of AAA for life. Tnx-Be Safe, Ed

My 93 year old father has had AAA for years. The car is registered in his name. I drive and park his car at my house, so that I'm able to get him to his appointments. Monday his car wouldn't start I called AAA for a tow. "Gretchen" said that the tow be to me by 9:30 am. I called them back at 12:30 and was informed it was canceled!! I guess AAA expected my 93-year-old father to use his walker to walk the three miles to my home, to be able to use the AAA service. I had a very pleasant experience here. The gentleman that helped me when I walked in was very friendly and fun to talk to. The woman who helped me with my picture and finalizing my renewal was also very pleasant and kind. The whole staff seemed to get along really well and work together nicely. It was quick and easy!
