Appointments mean nothing. Booked online, 30 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start I’m still waiting. Apparently the other insurance agent was still on break.
RealID appointments are a fiasco. It’s become the RMV that you pay for.

Very quick and easy service to get an IDP, and really nice staff whom show an interest in your trip! No pre appointment needed, form was provided there, just bring your license and a few passport photos, in and out in under 10 minutes.
