Strongly recommend you do not use these folks. We were charged double the price for replacement batteries on our Toyota forklift PLUS 600.00 for an incorrect diagnosis. Very unqualified tech. Wound up buying a replacement forklift because ours was irreparable.
Luke is great!! He visited my warehouse many times to ensure I was purchasing the right machine. Showed a lot of patience as I was building my business. And always did the right thing to put my business in a good position to purchase the right machine which ultimately ended up being an order picker. I would highly recommend this business for anybody who wants great customer service, great communication, and a honest owner.
Well if you need to rent a forklift or buy one this is the place and if you own a forklift or several this is the place to call or visit the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. And that offer good solid service for all forklift models and I'll be honest you can't go wrong calling them and checking them out.
