Seriously? I called AAA for road service not realizing my membership expired. I gladly paid the membership fee and was then told it would be $50 extra for using it same day. That’s ridiculous. There will be no more renewals, I promise!

I have been waiting on a tow truck for 3 1/2 hours called 5 times they suck I’m still waiting and will call my own tow truck worst service ever!
Stopped in to get map and tour books for road trip. Planning for a trip from Covington, KY to Salt Lake City by way of OK, TX, NM and AZ with a stop at the Grand Canyon. And a return to KY by way of Mt. Rushmore after visiting family in SLC. Found agents very helpful....I've already booked a room at a suggested lodge at Mt. Rushmore!!! Looking forward to a very LONG trip, but feel more confident after talking about distance, stops and options with AAA agents. A great big Thank You!! Louise Canter
