DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY EXPECTING TO REACH THE NICE GUY WHO USED TO RUN THIS BUSINESS! Apparently it’s under new ownership, and bad ownership at that. Called them because I saw good reviews (then realized how old those good reviews were!) Spoke to “Lucas” on a Monday night, he came on Tuesday afternoon only to tell me he didn’t have the resources for the job. Mr King was very helpful in assisting with the cleanup and Remediation from water and mold damages. One thing that stood out to me the most was his professionalism in making sure everything was taken care of to the fullest extent. He didn't have to do this but he chose to so that we could have the best outcome. Much appreciated! Would recommend to anyone friends and family in Westford area
