They installed the system which now leaks. Repair process has been the absolute worst experience. Tech shows up and doesn’t have parts and then suggests a partial replacement which we were open to. Almost a month later and they can’t manage to send the estimate. Everyday another excuse as to why no estimate. Last contact promised last Wednesday. Here we are at Saturday and zero communication. Don’t waste your time!

To date, they have been negligent in being responsive to both our and the builder's request for dealing with this in an urgent and prioritized manner.
