We have used AAA Fast Repair numerous times. We called at 8:00 pm and had a technician at our house the next morning. We had to have him come back for a completely different problem and they were back first thing the following morning!!!! *****, the technician, is very professional and fixes our appliances quickly. We are so pleased with this company we dont even call anyone else!!!! There are not a lot of places that you can get professionals to show up the next day!! I just want to say how pleased I was with services ***** performed for me on my refrigerator. I called at 8:00 pm on a Tuesday night ***** was at my home by 10:00 am the next day. Diagnosed and had the fan with him to get my refrigerator up and running all within 60 mins. If thats not FAST!!!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone. The staff that answered the phones were so polite and helpful all the way up to ***** showing up at my home. Thank you so much for the awesome, professional service.
************** Service was great technician work on problem, thought he had made the correct diagnosis. My water line was stopped up and that caused a misdiagnosis of problem. I notified them they completely refunded the money for the service call and apologized for the error. I appreciate they're honesty and professionalism.
My fridge/freezer broke down (wasn't cooling/freezing) on Monday and I don't think I fully realized until Tuesday evening. I called 8am Wednesday and the dispatchers were able to get someone to me at 9:15am! ***** and ***** quickly diagnosed the issue, cleaned the area around the fridge, and replaced the broken part (control board) all by 10:30am.It's a little pricier than some competing appliance repairs but they gave me a small coupon discount. If I could, I would give them ZERO stars. First of all, I contacted a service called Ponte Vedra Applianceon a Thursday and was told the earliest they could be here was on Monday. The service tech came Monday and was quite competent and diagnosed the problem with the dishwasher, but was unable to locate the part needed. He said he would be turning his paper work in at the end of the day and the office girls would be able to check more thoroughly and would call me the next day or two. I have used this company several times and am never disappointed! From the initial phone call to schedule a service call until the time the technician is finished they are professional and pleasant. Do not use this company!!!! I had an appt scheduled for a Saturday and sat around all day waiting for this company to show up!!! They never did and didn’t even call me to say they weren’t coming!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!! I will never use them in the future nor will I recommend them to anyone!!!
