Oven was not working...the price quoted for a service call was $92.50...came looked at the control board said it was burn and would get a quote for a new one... slide the over back in and the oven worked... apparently "jiggled" the board and it was working. Final bill was $275 and only after my extreme dissatisfaction he reduced it to $225. Nothing was REPAIRED yet a significant charge. Felt ripped off!
They did not do my service, so weigh that in the rating. Twice I had service scheduled. Twice the repairman had an emergency and went out of town. That is something that happens and is understandable. Both days, not one person called from dispatch to say the tech was canceling all appointments. In fact, dispatch kept saying I was on the queue and he would be there. That part is the unacceptable part. If your tech is out for the day, dispatch needs to call those scheduled appointments to reschedule first thing in the morning.... read more
