Short version is that they took 4 hours to load essentially a one bedroom apartment, they packed my flat screen TV and it arrived completely broken like it got dropped, on pickup day they told me replacement insurance would be an extra $2k (buy it or you'll only get $0.60 a pound for whatever they break), they didn't unwrap anything other than the sofas, they didn't put the furniture back together that they took apart, their owner called several times before the move and was rude, he called during my 13 hour drive to demand ... read more

Called around to about 5 different moving companies to get rates and availability to help my younger cousin move into her new place. This was a last minute move. Anthony with AAA Family Move really went above and beyond what was required of him. My wife had many fragile collectible plates as well as dishes and antique bowls. None of them were broken or damaged! I would recommend this company to anybody who is moving long distance because they act like it's their own goods being moved. The movers very well took care of our things. Even the fragile glass items were moved intact. I am very happy with their service and would recommend them.
