NOT TO BE TRUSTED: I was given an estimate of over $3000 for an exhaust repair which I refused. After I refused the exhaust repair that ended up costing $250 at another shop, I was charged $35/day vehicle storage fee on my vehicle. AAA uses the pubic parking in a strip mall next to their location. My oil was also changed without my approval. * Update: 9/11/25: It's been almost a month since I emailed the address that replied to this review (see below) and they asked for my member number. I have yet to hear back from them. Clearly my negative experience matters. 🙄 After many years of membership with AAA, I'm not going to renew after our experience both with Roadside Assistance on 7/19/25 and the Fairfax AAA Service Center. Great customer service
This review is coming a few weeks late but I wanted to extend my gratitude to Mark for his excellent customer service!! Mark assisted me right away when I came in with a flat tire and helped me get all 4 replaced. He took his time explaining my options and even spoke with my dad on the phone to ensure I was getting the best deal. Highly recommend coming here if you want personalized care in a timely manner.
August 30 2025 Although I have an unexpected incident last time at here, but I still come back for other services. If I need a quick service (within 30’) for certain things of my car then I need to go somewhere else. I need to be patient for oil change with more check up and diagnosis.
