Obscenely slow. Four people sitting at desks doing nothing while one slow person at the initial check-in counter does her best impression of the sloth from Zootopia. There were only two people ahead of me in line but it took literally 20 minutes just to check in!
Initially I came for an international drivers license and visa fotos for my move to France October 2020 in out in 15 minutes. Next I ordered travel plans for my daughter’s college drop off at Washington State University in August 2026 it arrived in 3 days by mail. Lastly I ordered Japanese yen for daughter’s high school graduation gift in June 2026 out in 10 mins. Excellent service, but man I’m doing too much!
I extend my sincere appreciation to Freddie who assisted me in getting a new IDP for an upcoming international trip. Freddie was highly professional and thorough in the process. He took a beautiful passport sized photo and answered all of my rental vehicle questions about my upcoming trip. Very friendly, positive, and calm attitude. The gold standard for customer service. I can’t wait to come back here in 2027 for my next international trip.
Be careful coming here. I have been a few times and usually get my oil changed and get general maintenance. This time they told me I needed by brakes redone (pads and rotors), which made sense since my car is getting older now. I paid a good chunk of money for them. I waited all day for the brakes and then the next day when driving there was this horrible grinding noise every single time I even tapped the brakes.
