Beware! I was charged at this location for an International Driving Permit even though I am a AAA Premier member.
Wonderful experience. I had a battery I stalled last year. Battery failed 36 month warranty free replacement. Great customer service. Highly recommend
TERRIBLE. On 7/23, my car battery came on. I thought it was an easy fix and AAA was closer than the Ford dealership. I mentioned to the rep ( AD ) that my car was a lease ( my first and I was unaware that it would have been covered under the warranty ). AD probably knew it would be covered by Ford, but said nothing. Took a couple of hours. The charge was $414.18 ( a bit steep ). Two weeks later, the malfunction/engine light went on. I had an excellent experience at this AAA location for my oil change. The service was quick, professional, and done right the first time. A big thank you to Antonios, the service advisor, who gave me great advice about maintaining my car and explained everything clearly. I’ll definitely be coming back for future services!
Came in for an international driving permit. They were very quick to service me, $21 and change (reasonable price), and very courteous. Everything took about 10 minutes. Very nice guys working there.
