I would highly suggest having a male present when visiting. I went in for new tires and the AAA representative told me the cheapest tires were $190 each. He never explained that there were other tire options that could be ordered and delivered the next day at a lower price. As a woman and AAA member, I trusted that coming to AAA meant I would be guided toward the best and most affordable option, especially since I don’t know much about cars. 5 stars, and this one is specifically for Todd. I needed Canadian citizenship photos taken to the correct specs. Most places in town charge a lot for this, so I called AAA Edison. They confirmed they could do it, with the caveat that I would need to cut the photos myself since they could not trim them to the exact required size. No problem. Every service rep was taking customer calls ignoring the physical people waiting to be serviced. The worst customer service. I do not recommend ever.
