Everything takes way too long. Battery needed a replacement. Tech arrived >1 hour later even though that wasn’t the ETA. Also, took more than an hour to replace my battery l.
Be very careful with AAA Insurance. My dad went to ask for information about car insurance, but instead of giving helpful advice, all the people around him just tried to sell him AAA insurance. It felt more like a sales trap than an honest conversation. Honestly, it seemed like they were just trying to make money off him without explaining anything clearly. These people are like robbers—watch out when dealing with car insurance or even buying car parts from places like this. Always do your research first!
They charge my credit card without My permission be careful about to give them the information. They are very much negative smart people, and they are keeping your information till next year for that purpose. Be careful to make Insurance’s with them.

The right rear tire of my car exploded on March 26th, 2025 at around 9:40AM. I used my AAA and was put in contact with Quality 1st Towing. Eric from Quality 1st Towing was able to get me to the AAA Edison Car Center quickly. Once I was at the AAA Car Center, my mother and I were greeted by Alex. Alex walked me towards the back of the repair shop (which was very clean and organized unlike other repair shops I've been to) and we assessed my car.
