After the infamous blizzard last winter, my car battery completely died. I called AAA thinking I just needed a quick jump, and a technician from the East Providence branch came out incredibly fast to help. He got the car running, but the reason I’m giving them 5 stars is because of his absolute honesty. He was very clear with me that the jump wasn't going to hold for very long—warning me it might not even hold the next time I tried to start the car—and advised me to make alternative arrangements.
