I previously used this company and was satisfied with the service. I hired them again to clean my dryer vent and was not happy with the service. It was so quick I wonder if they did a good job. I asked if that was it and he said yes. He told me his partner was on the roof cleaning as well. I paid him and then went over to see where his partner was. His partner had opened the exhaust vent for a bathroom. Not the exhaust vent for the dryer. I pointed this out and they did seem to care about the mistake and took off in a rush. ... read more
