Carlos hit and totaled my car last month while it was parked in the middle of the day, he agreed to assist me in getting into a new one because he is the sole one responsible for the situation. Turns out he was uninsured, and was supposed to be holding a commercial insurance policy. scammer uncertified, work under Randy license he pull permits for him for $700, DBPR looking for him , health departments cheesing him ,,if you found him call the health departments he's wanted , works under 2 inactive Co. names AAA and day and nights plumbing services inc.don't give him upfront money ..
They came in and out in 20 minutes to unclog kitchen sink, job was not done. I texted Carlos immediately and he said he would come back the next day. The next day they didn’t show, text or call !

Im giving Carlos a 1 star in order to leave a comment. Carlos worked on my parents home which he completely scammed them. We are talking about two elderly people. He did a sloppy job, inspectors came today to review his work. His work did not pass inspection. Water is not working, the faucet he installed came off, he left a hole in the bathroom. He was supposed to come to my parents home to fix his sloppy work on Saturday, but never showed up. He is not returning anyone’s phone call. He is s SCAMMER!!
