I've been a member for about 40 years put one claim in for about $2500. The problem was with my daughter, she needed a battery so road service came out and had them replace it. The battery died after one year when I called to have it replaced, they said my daughter had to be there, she was out of the country and said no! I'm the policy holder...
Everyone that helped me with my insurance was great and prompt and took care of my needs immediately.
