Had a very bad experience trying to make plans for a vacation travel agent was nice up front took all my information and never got back to me I tried calling and emailing but no response it was like they blocked me and I've been a AAA member since around 1989 very disappointed.
Stopped in for passport info. No waiting & very helpful.
We booked a three week trip to Europe through this AAA office. Prior to our trip we received a quote and prepaid for a rental car to use for a week in France. The rental car quote included a vehicle that would allow storage of six standard pieces of luggage. However, when we arrived at the rental car agency, the only car they had available could only store three pieces of luggage. Great service from staff for notary services. AAA made this is a really easy task vs other banks and shipping stores which had no availability for weeks or wanted $10 per document. Thanks to Natalie Sutton and branch staff for A+ service.
I had a bad experience with getting a new battery for my car. The wait took over a day. I didn't know until later that the price of the battery was ridiculously high. Also, trying to cancel the membership was very difficult.
