Package was delivered outside the building and not to the address inside. It’s heavy and should have been brought in.

Let me bump you up a bit. Con’s: package got lost and to get ahold of a human get ready to call repeatedly, by repeatedly I’m saying like 20 times in a row. Pros: I had to call corporate customer service and they were great, got me connected with the right people at the terminal via email and they were responsive and helpful. Also, the staff onsite once my packed finally arrived was extremely friendly.

AAA Cooper was contracted by Home Depot to deliver a bathroom vanity. It took the vanity two days to arrive at their warehouse from California, but then 10 days of scheduled appointments (12 hour window each time) and 3 cancellations to go the final 40 miles. When it finally was delivered, they left it on the driveway and drove away before we got notice of delivery from Home Depot. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR SHIPPING NEEDS. I scheduled a shipment on 3/27/25 with an estimated 2 days in shipping. My shipment has been sitting at their terminal since 3/31, it is now 4/3/25. I just called to track my shipment and they're telling me they are 2-3 days behind so my shipment won't be here until Monday, 4/7/25. Math must not be their strongest subject because I count Monday as 11 days from pick up and 7 days from the estimated date of delivery.
