Every time I visit AAA Delaware I receive competent and friendly service. In addition to travel planning, they offer discount tickets (e.g. for Cedar Point), a money card (no fees to reload), and foreign currency (with much better exchange rates than you would get in an airport).
Services are outstanding, but your hours stink. How is the average working person suppose to visit the store. Not everything can be done on-line. and I personally prefer face to face service.
