Not happy with travel services, very difficult to get a hold of someone and to pay my bill. Sent multiple emails over the course of a few weeks from multiple people going on my trip which were never responded to, called multiple times over a few days having to leave messages and play phone tag, and I had to go in person once just to pay for my trip.
