Twice I've been in there for tire service. It appears that the manager, Will, is the only one who waits on people. I was there today about 3:10, another man waiting in line said he'd been there 15 minutes to check in for 3:30 appointment. We waited at least another 10 minutes, and Will calmly strolls out of his office drinking a beverage. I left. It was after 3:30 by this time. I remembered him from a prior appointment. Staff was friendly and helpful but over an hour and a half just for an oil change seemed a bit long

Parking lot is always full of cars waiting for service. Very little parking available for customers.

I was told 60-90 minutes for an oil change which is ridiculous to begin with. Almost 3 hours later I was finished. They are very nice, but don’t come here for quick service.
