Parking lot is always full of cars waiting for service. Very little parking available for customers.
I was told 60-90 minutes for an oil change which is ridiculous to begin with. Almost 3 hours later I was finished. They are very nice, but don’t come here for quick service.
they did well with the services i was able to get. Kevin? Ambrose was a great rep who gave great customer service and additional info about my car.
I never leave reviews for businesses but my experience at this Triple A was so bad I felt compelled. I dropped my car off for new tires and headlight repair, they had to order new tires but no big deal. The day my car was supposed to be serviced, I didn’t hear anything from them. I called to figure out what was going on and find out they had lost my car key and one of their guys may have taken it home. Needless to say, they couldn’t repair my car that day.
