Got one tire changed. First they told me they couldn’t get the tire off. Then after the change and I starting getting alerts on my vehicle for ABS. I called and asked about it first they said it may be dust. 🙄. Kept driving it alerts still coming up for the same thing. Take it in and they keep it for almost 4 days saying they can only work on it if they can recreate the error. I’m like doesn’t the key fob have the error code? Their like lets us keep it over night. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I brought my mother’s car in to be serviced on Monday, June 2 for an oil change, a possible nail in the front tire and for the center, mid brake light to be fixed. The advisor did not inform me that the technician who could perform the work on the car was not there until hours later when I came to pick my car back up. I made an appointment more than a week ago and informed that I would be a wait in (not a drop off) customer and when I arrive today for my appointment, I'm turned away. First thing I'm told is, "Please tell me you're dropping off!" A brief exchange occurred and, to summarize... I'm told they have no master technician, no state inspector, no A/C mechanic and no diagnostics tech available. All of this loss occurred within the last week, after I made an appointment.
