this a scam people don't look at their letters just playing with peoples money on my case I never had any collection in my life angel bravo probably a fake review they pretend to sue you with a law office of mark d Wassermann that his office its at2166 w Broadway #537 Anaheim ca ,92804 this a P.O box next to the gas station so when you send your money they just collect
Very good company in my experience, they worked out a payment plan with me and also help me keep an account off my credit. At the end they ended up giving me a settlement and I saved $350.
They debited my account for a totally unauthorized amount and transaction. I never signed the agreement for June's payment and all of my emails asking questions got returned undeliverable so there was zero communication. I am currently disputing the $1109 charge with my bank and I am praying they see my side of the story and refund that money. These people are crooks.
Disgusting ppl and liars. David screwed up the paper work and made me default first payment. Secondly he stated I can have one time extension. He lied. When I requested the extension he denied it and filed suit. These ppl are disgusting liars. I hope they can't sleep at night knowing how they go about thirty shady business.
this place is sooooo unprofessional the nicer I got the worse PAM HEART got with my brother.She needs not to be a supervisor and DAVID was no help what so ever, no one wanted to give me the main office number. So uncalled for! Didn't want to give a star but I had too to submit.
