Absolutely the worst trucking service. Very unreliable, no care our concern for customers. Rarely answers the phone, then stalls and puts us on hold. Excuses after excuses. Material has been sitting in a trailer for over a week at destination terminal. My customer lost contract due to delay. AAA is a joke so unprofessional. Need to fire managers that do not hire in times like these. You cant freaking forecast losers. While on the phone when we get through their message says "Ship with Confidence" OH GOD TO F'ing funny.
