First the Drivers are all very nice. However the people behind the scene are something to question. I have had several shipments that have been over charged for the dimensions based on their computer, as well as up charging for a lift gate fee and residential delivery fee when neither were used. Their response has been it is up to the person sitting at the desk to determine if a lift gate was used or if the address is a business or residential address. TOTAL BS.
