Terrible customer service.
Nice people here. Professional and helpful management.
Absolute piss poor service. Missed the pick up window by 2 hours and would not pick up item because driveway was too long. This should be a question addressed on the front end. And supervisors not available to handle the situation. Use another transportation service if possible.
Your company needs to hire drivers that don’t cut people off and try to get in the left lane when the right lane is specifically made for them. Here’s one of your drivers that drove recklessly in South Carolina.
