Worst experience ever with a trucking company, never use them...
Worst experience ever! Had no warning shipment was coming the day of. I cancel everything to make a two hour trip to meet them. I arrive at 11:00am to be there for a noon to 2:00pm delivery window after speaking with a supervisor. Around 4:15, I call to get an ETA, and was told 5:00/5:15. At 7:30, still no delivery. I check the tracking, and it states, “Attempted Delivery” at 4:30. There was no attempted delivery!!!!!! I have no words for this blatant incompetence and total waste of my time. terrible service, i got a week trying to make a claim for some extra charges that i receive.. becarefur you might paying more than dobble of what they say in the quote, my engine been dropped seat in the oil pan ol the pallet was broken too...im not recommended this company at all...i hope i get some of my money back. quote was $190.05 total pay $455.00
