I have nothing but good things to say about the Knoxville office. If I have an administrative issue, Oriana, resolves the issue quickly and efficiently. My Account Manager is available for whatever I need at almost any hour. I have called Jack at ten at night before and had him answer to solve my screw up. I used to have a low opinion of AAA till Jack, Teddy, Oriana and Shane prove to me that they were honest and cared about their responsibilities over my freight.

Wouldnt even give them a single star. Horrible. Ordered a transmission, they were too lazy to drop it, sent it back to louisville, and then through their expert team of liars, they said for a week it was shipped. just found out it never left Louisville. Had to reorder transmission and made sure the supplier did NOT use this company.

I paid Home Depot extra $100.00 to have 100 boxes of tile delivered to my home. AAA Cooper delivered the tile but left 4 pallets of tile on the street in front of my house. I tried talking to driver but he said he could not move them out of the street. Very dangerous.

AAA Cooper is the most unreliable carrier in the nation. I am the logistics broker for my company. 8 years ago I requested to never have AAA Cooper as a shipping option because of their unreliability. They simply just don't show up. 2-3 days missed at a time. Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt because a customer wanted the cheapest option available and it was them.
