Terrible shipping company. I waited all day on a delivery that was suppose to be made and it never showed. Went online to check tracking again and it says “attempted delivery” but I received no call, no one showed up at my house, NOTHING! Guess they were too lazy to actually bring it to my house.
Had a small piece of machinery shipped with these guys. I called the Tyler Texas office to check if I could pick it up. Upon driving 25 miles with truck and trailer, the dispatcher informs me that it has been dropped and damaged. I looked at the item and it was broken and looked like someone attempted a sloppy repair. Unbelievable
Horrible please do not ship with them my shipment arrived on August 1st and did not get call from till l give them week later for scheduling delivery then we scheduled appointment day after for delivery. Unfortunately, when l give them several call (which took an hour each) in the morning they shoot me from person to person all give different information.
