Delivering doors. Both damaged. Showed as delivered when they were never delivered. Reordered doors. 1st delivery delayed, No Notice. 2nd delivery dated Delayed. No notice. After calling direct, package was damaged again. No doors after 2 months.

One of the drivers (angel )pulled a knife on me when I wouldn’t back up in the middle of the road over 200 feet to let him in his delivery spot after repeatedly askin him to move and go back around

Dylann S. was awesome! So polite and patient. He was very caring and wanted to make sure it was dropped off at the correct location. That is #1 to care about what you are doing no matter where you work! In record breaking heat too, please give him a raise!

My experience with AAA Cooper Transportation was a complete disaster from start to finish. I probably should select 1 star, but I’ll round up to 2 stars since the freight was delivered without any damages. First, they delivered my freight to the wrong address. No call ahead of time to confirm and no call once they realized that the address wasn’t correct. Had a driver come in for a pickup, had no information at all. Could not tell me where he was taking the load. I called the office spoke to the supervisor Mike, he proceeded to tell me to send him back if i didn't know what he was picking up. Very rude and unprofessional. I will continue to use central transport the customer service is much much better! 0 stars
