Wondering if they are ever on time. Now tracking notes "delayed due to appointment"...what appointment? We received an automated call advising they would be delivering with a 53' trailer. I called their national # and advised we live at the end of a narrow cul-de-sac...no reaction. Have been waiting all day...no call, no delivery, and their Tampa terminal does not answer. Home Depot has hired a dud!
Had a delivery of a large bathroom vanity arrive a week early from the vendor. Amy from telephone support helped us delay delivery .. Jose from the local Tampa office was also very helpful. BUT nobody beats Geno Broan, the driver who helped us get the pallet into our garage. He had to manuver down a narrow alley, but he did it with style. We are in our 80's amd really appreciated his help, it was not part of the job description. Thank you AAA Cooper for hiring wonderful, caring people.
AAA Cooper delivered my vanity in quickly and it appears to be in good condition. Jason the driver was very professional and helpful. I would use them again.
Headed down I 10 west. Hauling my new boat and the driver decides to try to pass me, held up traffic for quite a while and then almost takes the front of my truck off whenever he tried to get back in front of me. I had to slam on brakes so he did not hit me.
