Would give zero stars if I could. Contractor has called daily to ask about delivery, and every day he is told "it will be on tomorrow's truck, delivery between 9am-2pm." 8 days delayed so far. I can't believe they allow the person on the phone to be so unprofessional. Do not trust this company with your business.
Poor attitude from the person who answers the phone. If they don’t like their job, they should look for another one. This is the second time I’ve called to ask for information, and they respond with anger.
Customer service is horrible. Judging by the 3.5 star average review. We buy alot of equipment to be shipped and we will not using you again
Always charging me for residential and liftgate when its a business with a forklift. Also I just called for a pickup ETA and dude gave me a police and fire depatments phone number out of Massachusetts....
