I wish I could give ZERO stars. Their customer service is terrible! My company has had a shipment waiting at their dock for 7 days with the status "Held for consolidation". When you try to call them, they don't answer their phone. We went to their location to retrieve the shipment ourselves and a woman came out from the warehouse, while dribbling a basketball, and told my coworker that our shipment was still on the trailer. She then told him that she didn't know when they would get around to it. IT HAS ALREADY BEEN THERE FOR... read more
Absolutely horrible service center. They never answer the phone. They rarely answer emails. They do not care about your freight or your needs in any way. Stay far away. Very far away. Use any oher carrier in Salt Lake City but this one.
Would give zero stars if I could. Contractor has called daily to ask about delivery, and every day he is told "it will be on tomorrow's truck, delivery between 9am-2pm." 8 days delayed so far. I can't believe they allow the person on the phone to be so unprofessional. Do not trust this company with your business.
Poor attitude from the person who answers the phone. If they don’t like their job, they should look for another one. This is the second time I’ve called to ask for information, and they respond with anger.
Customer service is horrible. Judging by the 3.5 star average review. We buy alot of equipment to be shipped and we will not using you again
