DO NOT HIRE! He took about 60% down and did a horrible job. I have to redo my floors because he subcontracted it to Gaston who probably subcontracted to someone else and did a horrible job. I have to spend an additional $5,500 on taking out the floors and redoing it. On top of that, the two bathrooms that he charged $10,000 per bathroom - was not done correctly especially my master bathroom. DO NOT HIRE!!! John billed me up front for work he never completed. Staff is horrible. His daughter is his secretary and she never knows what is going on with her fathers business. They keep making false promises and come up with a different excuse every time as to why the job has not been completed. After months and months of promises to complete the job I paid for I decided to ask for a full refund.
