It’s amazing. I had my windshield busted by a rock on interstate 5 near downtown Sacramento on Thursday 9/13/2018. I have been calling AAA ( https://m.facebook.com/NorCalNevadaUtah/ ) since then and I have been given the runaround. I was told that someone was going to call me on Friday to schedule a time to fix the windshield. No one called. I have been using this AAA office for several years and have always found very kind,friendly, people to assist me with my needs. In times where everything is hurry, hurry, I never feel I am being rushed, you have a very wonderful client based office that excels at making people feel welcome.
i visited the DMV service at my local CSAA branch and was very pleased with the service i received. i bought a new vehicle, needed to transfer a customized license plate from the older vehicle into the new one, return the license plate i just received for the new one and order a replacement customized license plate. that's a lot to do in one visit! and the staff member who helped me did it all! saved me lots of time and travel to my local DMV office. thanks bunch!
I have had nothing but the most excellent service and professionalism with my auto and roadside assistance. I had my car break down and the gentleman that responded to my call was very professional and soft spoken and helped me get my car home on 10/6/2017 and on 10/9/2017 Amy helped get my car to dealership and had the utmost professionalism . I went into AAA this afternoon to transfer title on a vehicle with my two sons (ages 6 and 2). My 2 year old was getting impatient waiting in line and more than one AAA employee offered him activities to do to keep him busy (such as coloring books and filling a refillable water bottle).
